I made a bad decision buying this. Instructions in the manual are very confusing at times (at least for me), no idea how to assign different notes to the pads (read the manual n number of times, still can't understand). I've not been able to assign a pedal to the midi, tried the whole day. I called the number in vault's website, turns out it's bajaao's customer care number, when I ask how I can assign a pedal and change the notes in the pads they say send a video showing it, wth. I'm not understanding how to do something how the hell am I supposed to send a video. I just needed simple instructions from them on how to do it. 10k wasted. Also, they don't take returns for midis, think a little before buying it.
I have been using this midi from last 3 days and i have to say one thing that this is perfect for the beginner as well as for pros also, there are few scratches on the keyboard but i can live with that!Thanks Shantanu (CC Executive) for helping me in buying this and Thanks bajaao team!
Excellent Keyboard
I get the product, the product is nice good midi keyboard have multiple options the same vault apex49 keys have . All good but I got defectedMidi keyboard ( the drumpads are automatically pressed by which I'm facing so much problems in recording. But if you want to buy it you can definitely buy it , I got it 10300 after discount. Thankyou

Pros :-------It seems to be a nice keyboard with various professional features surprisingly available in low price range. My sincere Thanks to Bajaoo and Mr. Jay & Mr. Eldon for assisting to enable me to place the order. It would take some time to check all the features.Cons :-------1. Package contents ( as described in User Manual ) shows that there should be one User Manual CD-ROM but there was a hard copy of the User Manual only. Further this hard copy of User Manual is very brief and does not provide necessary operational details required to operate the keyboard effectively. There should be either detailed User Manual or should be supported by video tutorials.2. The free bundled DAW software "BitWig 8-Track Studio" is for 64-bit Operating System only which is useless for me having Windows 32-bit system. There should be corresponding 32-bit version for the same.3. This keyboard does not seem to have OTG operational support as a result I am unable to play any related App from my Android Mobile.4. The color of White Keys is not White, it is Yellowish/Cream.
Great and awesome midi..... Better then m audio oxygen 49 and nactor ..... Build quality is awesome.. performance is awesome...... Over all best midi...

Ordered this product a week ago and its great in performance, keys are velocity sensitive so it gives a rich feel when playing the samples on DAW, and the assistance which I got from cc executive helped me a lot in choosing the best product in low price range. I highly recommend purchasing the Vault Apex 49 as its nowhere inferior than the big brands.
Good product. Excellent condition. Happy with suggestions given by sales team. I was going for refurbished one but they helped me to get new product with better quality.
