The A4 is a beautifully crafted and awesome sounding guitar.
Bajaao.com delivery was safe and professional.
However, I was disappointed that I was not provided an original Sire gigbag for a guitar costing upwards of 35000 rupees.

Great Guitar but extremely dissatisfied customer
Received the shipment. Guitar looks good. Packaging just about ok. 2 cardboard boxes and disposable materials which was torn by the turbulence. No Gig bag or anything else. Just feel like I bought a cool Musical Instrument from a ordinary sales oriented store. Guess Bajao has started taking their customers for granted. Regret not having made my purchases from a Music Store since Bengaluru is just flooded with them. Would have got atlest a Gig bag, Strings, cable, Tuner or Plucks as goodies for sure. Stores i Bangalore have given me a Gigbag for much smaller purchases. I have spent a lot by my standards in Bajao from 2020 and I tried to call them but no response for 10 minutes just a complicated answering system in which no executive ever spoke. Sorry guys, I'm very particular about after sales servive and Im never gonna make the same mistake or another purchase at Bajao again.
