Mic is an excellent buy for karaoke and home recordings. The supplied cable does not give output as good as I get with my old cable. My old cable comes with a balanced jack and that could perhaps be the reason.

Given the price of the mic, i was really very impressed. ofcourse, this is not the best microphone that i have ever used but i should say at this price range nothing tops over it. If you are on a tight budget i'd recommend it.

It captures sound with nearly flat response and has a low end cut to avoid room bass. Great value for money and extremely reliable and can survive any rough use.I have been using my R21s for more than 3 years now and have never faced any issue with sound quality.
