The product is too old from 2016 which has been stained and full of dust mostly due to being stored in an unclean warehouse.
The Cover for the NEUTRIK connectors have worn out and has become too stiff.
Raised a support ticket, didn't get it resolved.
The cable is sturdy enough to do the job well. This is probably the cheapest cable with neutrik connectors on the market. Even if the cable craps out on you (which seems slightly unlikely) you can use the connectors to build your own cable with some other higher-end cable. So it's a win-win either ways.
