I had an issue with the Software of the processor and I had sent it back for warranty claim within a month. It's been over 4 months at this point after they confirmed that they received the product but I haven't heard back from them since. The emails sent are falling into deaf ears and every time I call the customer service they either assure me that my issue will be resolved as soon as the call is over or outright refused to help me. They are not even willing to connect me to the right contact person for the job. They refuse to give me a refund or replacement. As someone who used to buy instruments online primarily I urge you to avoid Bajaao at all cost just because of the arrogance and ignorance of the customer service staff.

Don't let the limited number of amp models fool you. This processor has everything you'll need and it's a no brainer in this price segment. I'm especially impressed by the cleans, many processors have trouble with that.
