I ordered this on 13 august, prepaid. then got an email that my order is scheduled to ship on 15 September, a month just to deliver, wow! then again I got a mail that is it got rescheduled to 30 September.. again wow!
then there is no option in my order section to cancel my order,
Now there is no single mobile number to call customer executive, as there are multiple, and some of them doesn't work.
some how managed to talk to customer care executive, she was not that proffesional, she allowed to cancel the order thank god!, but didn't told when I will receive my refund.
bajaao.com please increase quality of ur service otherwise, u will not exist in the market in upcoming years...
