The amp reached my city 4 days after i made the order. It's an open box so few minor scratches and there is a small crack in one of the corner plastic. It's pretty loud and clear. Can't really expect more at this price range. I take one star away coz Bajaao sent it through Aramex, and Aramex in my city don't do home delivery, so i had to travel quite far to pick up the amp myself.
