Defective Product Recieved

I am very unhappy with this product as I have received a defective piece from Bajao.com. Also not satisfied with your return policy as it takes about 8-9 days for your product to return from my location in Pune to your location in Mumbai. In spite of repeated calls to your customer service, Bajao also not replies to me about possibility of product replacement.
