Took almost 2 months to get the product. The packaging was ok.. The strings provided rusted too soon..

Cannot review the product as Bajaao never delivered the instrument

Firstly, I was happy to see a 12 string guitar up for sale at a reasonable price range. I immediately picked up the phone and called to place the order on Aug 2. To this day, I haven't received my order and despite several attempts to get an answer as to why there's so much delay (the site does not mention anywhere about possible 1 month plus delays on international shipments). I spoke to Pranesh and Tushar today to give me a confirmation if they can dispatch the product in this week and if they can't confirm - i'll ask for a refund.
