love these strings. i put them on ithink 2 months ago and there still on my axe. no visible or feelable rust, and they stay in tune really well. i do 1/2 step down tuning and i drop d without problems and bring it back up to the e without problems. i know its the strings holding the tuning, not the tuning pegs because ive tried other strings that cant handle my drop d abuse; these can. the tone is great but it only lasted 1 of the 2 months ive had them on, wich is when people usaly change there strings anyways. these rock.
