Worst place to buy anything at. WARNING!
Here's my deal. And I have found out that BAJAAO DOES THIS TO ALMOST EVERY CUSTOMER.
Especially with high value products or any electronics for that matter.
I ordered this drum kit and carlsbro ed30 amplifier. Got the kit after huge delay and that too defective out of the box. Dusty old manufactured kit. Probably 2009 or so the number reads. Defective piece.
It took them ages to respond. They cut your calls. Give you all sorts of false assurances and even blatantly lie. The same bunch of 2-3 unprofessional employees over call.
Meanwhile the amplifier i ordered is still languishing for over 20 DAYS in their courier Co's warehouse at the source destination and even after umpteen requests and escalations...they have done nothing about it yet. Numerous calls and lie after lie later...
I requested for cancellation but then they are saying that they will do it only after receiving it back physically from their own courier partner(which is in the same city as they) and now again sitting over it. Day 21 today. This is outright viciousness.
Since I have cancelled, and as already was before, their behavior has become even more insolent now. they lie about the situation, block communication with superiors and your issue remains stagnant all the while that your money remains with them and when you are tired and file for a refund you are in for another round with them.
It took them ages to pick up the defective part of my drum kit for replacement. Am still waiting for them to ship my replacement. All the while they block communication.
