Very Bad Experience

It was a very bad experience i ordered a brand new microphone but received a used scratched and little loose head band. Microphone is working fine but it is used.

Bought this and other 2 Behringer items on 5th. What they didn't tell me was that they weren't in stock. Since I've already paid, I have to wait till they restock. After 10 days on 16th, the products dispatched. Amazon and Delhivery usually take 4 to 5 days to deliver to my location, but it's 27th today and my products still undelivered. ETA is now June 1st. I don't even have hands on the products. This review is for the service only
