Firstly, thank you for asking this review. I will get the only negative with you in my experience. And that could dent you big actually. I asked for XTRA PROTECT:tm: PACKAGING that was supposed to guarantee safe shipment and prevent any damages in the transit. You charged a good One Thousand Rupees for that. And what was the special packaging The manufacturer's package was kept within another box. thats all. I am sure you send all other packaging the same way. So, your promised packaging was just a big sham. I would have got the item in the same condition even without paying that 1000/-. I got a few other items delivered from other sites, those small items like a USB worth 800/- were packaged far more sturdily than a sensitive and expensive product like this DJ controller. Please don't do this. Don't fleece your customers. Coming to the product itself, Its nice product. I have been playing with it for last one month. Absolute gem for a beginner. I had purchased Traktor Pro before I got this controller. It works well. Only gripe is that the mapping does not light up the buttons as when using VDJ or Serato. Product is recomended. Just don't waste your money on useless XTRA PROTECT:tm: PACKAGING . That's a Sham.
