just dont buy online no guarantee of your money atleast dont buy high end products or expensive items; buy them at your risk; it wouldnt be delivered and u cant even cancel just waste of money,
worst experience; not able to track order; customer care number not in support of whatsapp and they are asking to chat through whatsapp which makes no sense; mails are ignored; account got suspended; has been 5 days since i paid the order and it showed it has to be shipped by 23rd aug and today is 26th aug with no details of the order it was supposed to be a birthday present which is ruined anyway; going to lodge a complaint or go by law if money not refunded nor if there is no email response shortly.
