These M-audio are one of best monitor speakers Ive heard and definitely a bargain for the price. If you have any desires to make quality music and do not have a huge budget for speakers, I would highly recommend this model. Well, to say the least, i was blown away at the way these sounded. Highs, lows, mids, they are all perfect. The 8-inch drivers producer bass is in a good amount and go pretty low without being overpowering making the overall package pretty neutral. I am not much of a tech guy but I know what sounds good. I would say dont look elsewhere if you need a solid monitor speaker for a small/medium room.
