You might find minor cosmetic imperfections like scratches, dents, or missing manuals/accessories, but the product will perform just as it should. Some items may also be refurbished and are marked as - Open Box B Stock - please check each product listing for specific condition details.
Warranty Coverage
Open Box products have been tested and are guaranteed to be functional. Warranty for Open Box Products are managed by BAJAAO as mentioned below.
Warranty- All open box products are covered under the same 2 year standard warranty as new products. Except for Refurbished (Open Box - B Stock) which carry a one year standard warranty.
Return Policy- Products purchased as Open Box are eligible for “5 day returns” only if received damaged or defective. If you believe you have received a defective or damaged product, simply contact our support team at 022-42035353 ext. 3, or email us at helpdesk@bajaao.com within 5 days of delivery.
Once the defect/damage is confirmed by our team, a free reverse pick-up will be arranged by us from your location, and you can claim a full refund, or an exchange credit for another product purchase.

I previously bought an Ibanez AEG 8E NT electro-acoustic guitar in 2016 from Bajaao. It has a bright tone, it’s still with me and in good shape. This time I was away from home and was looking for a cheaper acoustic yet a branded one. My requirement was that it should have that base punch and still sound nice. This guitar ticks those boxes, it has that bass presence like how Jumbo guitars sound, and it’s smaller in size. After much research and listening to online, I narrowed down to this one as this has both bass and brightness, neither bright and jangly nor boxy and earthy, but somewhere in the middle, a more mellow tone.
Cons: 1. Strings are a little harsh, beginners would find it little hard to play it for extended time (could be replaced with some coated strings from D’addario or Fender). 2. Shipping: Placed the order on 2nd September and Received the item on 12th September, I found it to be ridiculously long, plus when I called the customer care the lady was casually saying that I should have expected it to take 10-12 days because the location is in the north-east India (me thinks, but it’s still in India) when it was not mentioned on the website. What if I were travelling and left the location from which I had ordered? I urge the management of Bajaao to take customers and their feedback seriously. I see a disconnect between the management and the customer care. The lady on the call was telling that they notified the management of the issue yet there is no response from them.
The design is premium but it had a crack and dent in the body which was really disappointing from bajaao.
My order never got delivered
Guiat is awesome but the strings sometimes can produce weird sounds as they touch the fret borders with full strumming.
Seriously I took a good decision buying Ibaneze from Bajaao, no matter it is open box gear ... it is as good as a brand-new gitar
