Box had minor damage , no apparent damage to the guitar , still not happy with the range on volume / effects knob( on Sony Karavoke unit ) - and not smooth , with mixer adjustment it’s ok
I received this product is great condition, the only problem was the tone and volume control knob was loose, i had to fix it myself, and the volume/tone change is not gradual. you have to replace is with good electronics. Or, possibly my guitar have the problem. Nut expected was synthetic bone, but its plastic material. The body and the neck finish is smooth and great. Overall it���s a good buy for me.
Guitar is 2020 model. So the electronics are new. 17th fret wire on my guitar is out of its place. So there is fret buzz i cant resolve. U guys should have checked that before sending. But may it got unnoticed. Now i have to take it to local shop, which is an inconvenience. Anyways the guitar is what u get for the buck. Neck pickup is okay but the bridge not so much. But the playing experience is spoiled by the annoying fret buzz.
