The amp is good, it's really good. If you're a beginner or an intermediate-level bassist, who performs with bands or solo, the amp is good for you. The 3-band equalizer lets you adjust the levels of high, mids, and lows of your bass. The mode button cuts the mid-frequency from bass and treble, which really gives you that pleasing bass tone.
However, I would suggest buying this amp from somewhere else since Bajaao's delivery service is not very good. I received the product after more than a month of ordering it. Actually I had to go all the way down to the shipping agent's office to get it myself. I had made several calls to Bajaao's customer executives but they were not very helpful, I wrote emails that were not answered. Every time I was told that the product would be delivered within 48 hours, IDK how many numbers of 48 hours they meant. I kept asking what the problem was that was causing this delay so I could acknowledge it and try to be patient as per the problem but they did not even tell me that.
The 'my orders' in your bajaao account profile will show order fulfillment as 'Fulfilled' as soon as you make the payment and the product is dispatched from Bajaao's warehouse. After that they don't seem to keep a track of where your product is or when will it reach you.
One more thing when you check out there's an option of having extra protective packaging (minimal charges) for your product, I opted for that and I am unable to figure out how just a cardboard box stuck together with a cello tape going to provide extra protection. The polystyrene foam layer around the amp was inside the company's packaging, not Bajaao's.
Bajaao needs to provide correct information to the customers and work on getting good delivery partners.
Other than that the amp is really good, I'm really enjoying it.
