5 Day Returns - Defect & Damage only

This product is returnable only if delivered defective or damaged. To Receive a full refund or exchange, report your defect or damage within 5 days of your delivery date. The product needs to be in brand new condition with the original packaging and all items delivered along with it.

The following 4 types of products fall under “5 day returns - defect or damage only” :

1.All Wind Instruments, Microphones, Headphones/Earphones are non-returnable due to hygiene /Covid-19 risks from mouth/ear area exposure, unless there is a case of product damage or product defect.

2. Audio Interfaces, Midi Keyboards or any other products that entail software registration in order to be used are non-returnable, as the product cannot be reassigned to another customer; unless they were delivered damaged or with defects.

3. Acoustic Drum Kits and Drum heads cannot be accepted under returns unless there is a case of product malfunction / product defect.

4. Open Box Gear are products returned by customers and are inspected and certified by Bajaao to be in full working order. These products will be accepted as returns only if delivered defective or damaged.

Note* - In case Bajaao is unable to pick-up your shipment due to certain unforeseen circumstance, you may have to ship the products to our facility. The logistic charges involved in these cases will also be refunded back to you after the product reaches us.

The refund will be initiated only after the package has been received back at our facility.

The refunded amount will be transferred, as per banking and payment gateway norms, within 5 to 7 business days of the receipt of the returned shipment.
