I got the expression pedal version of this, the B1Xon. I use the looper and drum loops for practicing. Some effects (not all) are decent, therefore, a bit tweaking might work out for you. But, it lacks that "Punch". I am happy with it overall.

There's nothing so great about this. Will get the job done. It's really hard to get a good tone out of this piece in my opinion. Would recommend the vox 2b processor over this one though.

I heard a lot about the b1 thru my friend. So I thought I'd just buy it for the sake of it. If I didn't like it I was going to sell it. But it has exceeded my expectations. I love it. The effects are very authentic to the amps and pedals they imitate. This is my opinion after owning Digitech, mxr, TC electronic pedals. I have it on my pedal board along with the other pedals. It's very easy to use and customisable when it comes to editing patches. It has more effects and options then I need. Also the tracking is really good and the digital to analogue conversion is definitely high fidelity.
It is very useful for practicing at home. It has lots of good features like looper, rhythm machine and graphical representation of each effect types. But the effects are not that great. My guitar alone sounds better than going through this processor.
