Not reliable

My delivery came in two phases, in the first phase, tuner, capo and polishing cloth came. Then I wrote to Bajaaohelp, accoringly they called over my mobile and asked whether I was interested to take red colour UK-003 Concert 23-inch ukulele instead of the black colour which I had ordered and paid full money. Still I agreed and they delivered the Red coloured ukulele without any bag (neither company provided Gigbag nor Bajaao bag). Again, I wrote to them and they replied that my complaint has been sent to the appropriate department and they will response. However, I did not get any response or the bag after two weeks also. Again I wrote to them and then there is no reply so far. So, it appears to me that Bajaao is very unreliable.
