1 watt monster

If you looking for an amp for quiet practice or live in a apartment then this thing may be tricky to handle. This is extremely loud for its description, forcing me to literally cut the power to 0.1 watt for decent practice levels, sounds very sweet though, built really well and I actually don't mind cutting down its power as the tone characteristics are retained. It was sort of a desire to always own a Marshall Amp and I chose this one for my first, I paired it with a Marshall MX 1x12 cab to be blown to valve paradise. Very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend this to any kind of a player. Hardly many options in terms of valve amplifiers in this country to begin with, the prices are yet another story.

Marshall do it again and Bajaao helped.

I brought a DSL1 head from Bajaao. I have a JCM 2000 TSL that I have hot-rodded with Harma EL34 pre/power amp tubes which sound retro and when they get hot they scream with Marshall overdrive. But even on 50 wt, it is just too loud for my practice area.So I heard about the DSL 1 wt head that came out in 2018 so I watched a lot of reviews and decided to get one. I am still running one of my Marshall 1922 2x12 cabs with Celestion G12/75 cones and the effects loop is still going to my rack mount and floor pedals. So I am running the same rig with just a smaller head and only one 1922 cab. And I have to say that in the room when you are on the overdrive chanel it sounds VERY big. I had to turn the VPR on and reduce to the power by 50% because of the fact that even 1 wt when you are dealing with tubes IS STILL LOUD!Bajaao was great as far as the delivery of the product and they even gave me a discount on the amp. So I will be buying from them again for sure!

Dont look anywhere else , buy it before anyone else does !

Dont have a lot of exposure to tube amps , but never the less this 1 watt tube is loud !
The clean tone GREEN LIGHT is really clean , swells up like a tube amp should ,however the distortion (gain )
RED LIGHT needs more processing perhaps through pedals .
Notwithstanding it would take me years to know the UNIT In and out !
Love the foot switch too !.
Combo it with 1×12 speaker and believe me it doesnt occupy a whole lot of space , understandably so
Despite of all that ..very happy with the purchase .
Would keep it and cherish it all my life !
Love the hard rugged marshall casing
Nailed it !
Wish i could EAT IT UP 🤣
