This is a great product but Bajaao service is not so good

I bought the SansAmp Driver DI initially and then realized that delux version is much better with 6 programmable patches and Effects loop, so I exchanged the Driver DI with Driver delux which took almost a month thanks to Bajaoo customer service not responding for days. Anyway this is a great product, sounds amazing. Checkout any review on youtube, they all are good. Driver Delux and Driver DI sound exactly the same with delux version having extra features i.e 6 patches and effects loop.
