I purchased Arturia keylab 61 Essantial OPEN BOX product, it delivered within 2 days, but when i connect it and try to start it, it could not, because this product purchased by someone else before me, so the product key and serial does not matched on online product register page, i was confused that how can i solve this problem, i emailed to Arturia help center and they resolve my problem, they registerd my product, and thanks to bajaao they sold me scratch less and same like new product to me, bajaao staff also very polite and gentle with me they also tried to solve my problem, the passed my query to arturia india sales vendors, i got email from arturia india vendor, but i replied him that my problem resolve. thanks to Bajaao and Arturia ... i simply say to people, GO AND BUY PRODUCT FROM BAJAAO. it is trust worthy and helpful and genuine company.
