Bad product and fraud

I ordered the pickup along with a jb-4 thinking it was new. But the box had scratches all over also the pick up looks used and refurbished the box had tapes and no seal on it. i have been a loyal customer at bajaoo have ordered gear worth 38K and this is how i am treated not recommending in future to any musician again. and since i gave one star to my previous review it was hidden really bad on your side
