Given that the SH-2 is more or less a lower output version of the SH-4, it does sound pretty good as expected. Very clear articulation in clean as well as distortion, and the volume knob roll off is very smooth. You can keep your volume knob all the way up and it will still work well with any amplifier without overpowering it because of the lower output. But that said, is it worth spending 6000 INR for this? Honestly, no. That's more than half the price of a decent guitar you can buy new. If you do some research, you'll discover that good AlNiCo pickups are simple and cheap to make. The price you're paying for this pickup is 80% for the Seymour Duncan brand, and 20% for quality. If you're an amateur guitarist, chances are that your stock pickups are just fine. Yes, even on your shitty hand me down guitar that's about to snap in two because you couldn't afford something better. If you're not getting the tone you want, you need to fiddle with or replace your amplifier. If you're still adamant on a pickup upgrade, I'd suggest making one yourself which is something I'm going to try next time, or just looking at cheaper alternatives, before buying this.
The item was well packed and delivered soon. The item meets the need of my guitar style and sound clear especially with maxon od pro that i recently bought from bajaao.com. Finally, the tone was bright and tight enough and hence unlike other players, i would like to put it on the neck, when i get jb or custom.
