This was my first shopping with bajaao . I had ordered for lauten audio LA320 vaccum tube mic with bajaao , after receiving the product and unboxing it i could find out that the product was a defective peice . I immediately contacted bajaao after sales team regarding the issue . Their executives Mr saikiran and Adam helped me in solving this issue in a very short time and they arranged for reverse pick by their end and replaced the defective product with brand new product , now the lauten audio LA320 is working like a charm . The over all build quality of mic is good it comes with custom shock mount and power supply and a carry case the sound quality is pretty awesome since i hav been started using from couple of days back i hav not completely explored about the mic bit as of now it's really performing well .. .
