I have a professional studio set up with an all analogue set-up almost. I own a couple of compressors but nothing quite cuts through like this one does. Not only does it work well on instruments like guitar and bass, but also is equally effective while laying don vocal tracks. One thing to note is that you should let it warm up for a minute when you're going to use it.
