I recently ordered the Hohner Performance Series New Super 64X C Harmonica from Bajaao.com on 05 Sep 2024, and although there was a delay in the order delivery, which arrived on 19 Sep 2024, I must commend the team for their prompt and efficient response. Special thanks to Mr. Navnath, who was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process, addressing all my concerns. From managing the payment of ₹48,000 to ensuring the product was dispatched on time, Mr. Navnath truly made the experience smoother.
I was initially a bit anxious about the payment and the delay in dispatch, but the harmonica was eventually delivered in excellent packaging, and I’m pleased to say that the performance of the product is just as Hohner promises. The tone is exceptional, and I'm thoroughly enjoying it.
For anyone considering purchasing this harmonica, I highly recommend going for it. The craftsmanship and sound quality are top-notch, and it lives up to the brand's reputation. If you're ordering from Bajaao, rest assured their team will handle your concerns professionally, just as they did with mine.
Overall, it was a great experience ordering from Bajaao, and I hope they continue providing this level of service in the future. I look forward to making more purchases with them soon!
DID A BIG MISTAKE OF BUYING A 48 K HARMONICA FROM HOHNER FROM THIS DISGUESTING SITE. item delivered with defective reeds. the back end support team led by a moron as ked for a video which i sent and then went silent and stopped responding for replacement. The calls were being disconnected and no e mail answered. The excuse being we do not correspond on hotmail. Interesting that before buying the same e mail id was ' very respected'. After repeated chasing and calls they put the whole refund/ replacement process in a loop. no response on e mail or twitter. i hope the owner ashutosh pande is listening. i then contacted hohner india which say BAJAAO is not there authorised dealer and they don't have any high opinion of them. Total waste of money (half a lakh). PLEASE LOOK BEFORE YOU LEAP in to this site.
