The saxophone was faulty. Bajaao asked me to ship it to them so that they can fix the issue or replace it. However, they just refunded the amount without consulting/confirming with me whether I want a return or replacement. Now if I want to place the order again, I'll have to buy it at a higher price (earlier I used some points in bajaao to discount the amount).
