The headphones are just fine. If you listen to music daily, like, if you live and breathe music then the bass adds a good twist but it interferes with the music if you turn it halfway or all the way up.
My inconvenience is with the customer service of bajaao. Headphones of such cost should come with a carry bag for protection while travelling and as a matter of fact they do come with a carry bag as they clearly show it in the official website and also in the video present below the product description. When I didn't receive the bag and contacted the customer care he was rude and adamant that "we haven't mentioned bag in the heading". By that logic the charging cable and AUX cable are also not mentioned in the heading but they are there right?!
I even asked him to view the descriptive video and see for himself that the carry bag is an accessory of the product but all he said that "Sorry, we haven't mentioned the bag and also it's not there in the images"
It was a hopeless conversation.
Just do yourself a favor, order it of amazon or flipkart, at least you'll get all the accessories.
