Nice splash, cuts the mix
I called Bajaao up before purchasing the cymbal and I asked them if I should go for standard shipping or pay extra for protected shipping to which the executive convinced me that I don't need to worry about the safety of the product as they are pretty careful while handling the products and I should go for standard shipping charges and save myself a couple of bucks. So I believed him but I was really disappointed when I got the delivery because there was a big dent on the cymbal. I could have returned it and raise a complaint but I had a gig in a couple days and I had to use it.
If it got damaged while shipping then you shouldn't further promise/convince anyone to go for standard shipping when you cannot properly take care of the product.
If it was damaged from the beginning, then you should have checked the product before and replace it with a good one before shipping/delivering it to the paying customers.
I am not asking for any compensation but I am going to stick to the physical stores for musical gear from now on.

The PST 5 8 and 10" splash sounds pretty cool and didnt hurt my pocket at all. The tone is quite different compared to other splashes. Very thin, crisp and well balanced. I use the splash more often then my crash simply because I am loving the sound of it.
