I bought a pair of these. Sounds very clear. Compared to top choices of this kind like Yamaha HS-5, KRK G5, M-Audio BX, PreSonus and JBL. Tannoy is the best!!.It is the new edition speakers came End of 2014. It has better dynamics of delivering the accurate sound frequencies that's exactly on your mix!I love the way it works. Just Go For it !!Thanks to Bajaao. Delivered the exact day mentioned by the support person!

Astounding valuw for money

These are the best PC speakers you can have at this cost. Absolutely astounding value. I'm running them through pre-outs of Fiio combo(e07k DAC + e09k headphone amp) which I use to drive my senn HD800s.I've had audioengine A5s before and they died on me because of the amp overheating.I now realize how much better the bass is if it's accurate and not boomy.Even if you're not into mastering the accuracy is really nice to have to creating a convincing sound stage.Well mastered stuff like from Alan Parsons, Pink Floyd et al sound amazing. Bass rolls off below 60 but is tight and accurate again.Some of the CONS:Volume control located on the back.I didn't see any heat-sinks on the back for the amp to dissipate heat. I lost my Audioengine A5s to an undercooled amp. I just hope I don't lose these.
