faulty vault ikon mk2 with keys not working

The Vault Ikon mk2 49 key midi controller sent by Bajao was faulty with weak built quality. Its keys are not working hence returned by reverse pickup @BLUEDART. I am awaiting the refund of the emi I have paid via snapmint.
