Worst after sales service

I received a damaged hardcase in the package. The rest of the items were fine and the ukulele sounds great but I experienced the worst after sales service from bajaao than any other e-commerce site. It's been 8days I still didn't receive the replacement of the hardcase. They are not even replying to my emails! If you're lucky enough to get proper product then its good, otherwise they'll make sure to make your experience miserable.Bajaao is offering this instrument at a good price, but with this kind of support I'm not going to buy again from bajaao.Looked for blogs and fb posts as well. Bajaao is really infamous because of their support.

Great combo deal

The case is great, tuner is decent and no need to mention anything about the uke .... It is Kala makala .... The brand speaks for itself

Beautiful, elegant, perfect

The sound is mesmerizing, the finishing fine and the feel just as it should be. Fantastic uke..the cover is also made of good quality material. The tuner is alright too. Couldn't have asked for more. Totally satisfied with the product.
