Earphone not working & Sony is denying for warranty

Earphone is not working, when we talk to bajjao customer care, they told us to connect with Sony people on link they have given to us. But sony people have denied telling that bajaao is not our authorise distributor.
I m attaching mail i received from sony.

2. Build quality is pretty good for an entry level earphone from Sony

1. Not very comfortable to wear. Ergonomics could have been better.

When Sony brands their product as Extra Bass, they mean it. These earphones pack a punch in its small size. Glad to see Bajaao catering to retail product consumers with brands like Sony.

Received my XB55AP today.
I request you not to hesitate before buying these. The cost justifies the quality of this beauty. The sound quality is a lot better than it's predecessor - XB50AP. Go for it! :)

Sony never fails to deliver its best, even at such low price it has such good sound

Only one flaw on an otherwise perfect product. The earphones protrude out a little too much and are very uncomforatble if you are trying to lay down. No complaints about the build and sound.
