I bought this uke from Bajaao almost 2 years ago. It was my introduction to the ukulele world, and Im glad I started with this model. Its well made with a good finish, and feels sturdily built. The tuners though, are plastic and are the only low quality component. The playability is great, with low action and no fret buzz. The tone is sweet and mellow, and has pretty decent projection/ volume for an instrument this small. Of course, I changed the strings to D Addario EJ65C, which improved the tone considerably. Word of caution though - the concert sized uke is really small, and needs quite some skill to fret chords, especially higher up on the neck. Prospective players may consider upsizing to a Tenor size. The UKC10 is a great piece otherwise. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Concert Ukulele.
Loved the feel and build of the instrument! Ibanez is a trusted brand and sounds really nice. But everyday the nylon strings need to be tuned (same for other Ukuleles also)
