Feedback on the product & FedEx

Thank you so much for sending such a cute product. I'm loving it. But wanted to throw light on the delivery and the customer service of FedEX, which is your product delivery partner, it's pathetic.

Worst Purchase Experience

So many things were wrong:

1. Product Specialist just wants to sell this product and knows nothing about it.

2. Late Delivery -- After the specialist promised that the product is currently in their warehouse and will be shipped on the same day (if I purchase then and there) but still somehow it got shipped after 2 weeks and reached after 3 weeks.

3. Broken Ukulele -- It was supposed to be a gift but even after late delivery, cherry on top was that this Ukulele comes damaged and had to return it.

Only good thing is that I got full refund.

Ok ish product

The distance between the fret and the string that decides the action is more. Since the saddle and the bridge are fixed it is not possible to adjust the action. Sound wise it is perfect.
