I've been playing this guitar for over a month now.I'll break this review down into points, which will include the delivery process and the guitar itself: 1) Delivery Process: It was very smooth. As promised by bajaao, it was delivered within the estimated delivery date. I ordered this with the extra packaging because, you know, safety issues! But i paid off, there were no damages of any kind whatsoever even to the guitar package. One of the reasons I always stick to bajaao for my GAS (Gear Acquisition Syndrome :P) exploits 2) The Guitar: To put it short, its a beast! If your are the kind of guy who mashes everyone's ahead with bone crushing Drop-G riffs, this is an ideal machine for you. 3) The finish: With a piano black body finish and marker-less rosewood fretboard (which took sometime to get used to) it looks as mean and sexy as a guitar can be (apart from RGDs probaly..they are sexier!). The 3 piece Maple-bubginga neck is more sturdier than one made ocmpletely of maple, though I didn't feel any difference as far as the texture of the neck goes. I also own a BC Rich Warlock which has a maple neck, and apart from the design of the neck, i didnt feel much of a difference. The RGIR27E has nitro-wizard neck, which has a flatter back than a traditional neck. and for this guitar, thats a good thing. Overall, a fantastic beast if you are in for crushing riffs and solos (and dive bombs, of course!).
