WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I ordered a guitar stand, model number Ibanez PT32BK, which costs ₹1,549 across almost all online stores in India, including Bajaao. However, Bajaao sent me the Ibanez PT32BBK, a cheaper model. Despite multiple requests for a replacement and assurances over calls, no action has been taken, nor have I received any confirmation email. I have sent numerous emails with all the necessary details, but they have not responded. This is disappointing from a brand that claims to be India's biggest.

Looks like it's a fake...

It's sturdy and well made.

But the stand does not have any "Ibanez" branding. And it's made in China.

not enough padding in the stand

There is not enough padding in the stand.
Checked the box and it was written there as not you use with lacquer finished guitars. Looks like it will damage the guitars finish, otherwise it is a good sturdy compact guitar.
It is too small though.

Super little guitar stand

Clever sturdy design, holds the guitar perfectly, highly portable. Can even hold an offset body guitar like a Jaguar (though better with my telecaster)
