Good reverb pedal. The shimmer mode is awesome. Ideal for beginner/intermediate players who can't afford a Strymon Sky or Big Sky. The only con I faced was the slightly low output volume when compared to the other pedals on my board. Well, at this price it can be overlooked. When hooked up with distortion, pitch shifter and delay it is out of this world!
All the boutique reverb pedals like Strymon blue sky, boss rv500, MXR, tc electronics are quite expensive..I already have two zoom ms 70 crd and one boss rv6 on my Pedalboard but i wanted to try this pedal as it says ambient.. Trying this pedal at first felt it had too much artifact.. But tweaking the mix and delay i found my sweetspot..And now it is my main reverb pedal..
I am writing a review on this pedal for the second time to be fair to its potential. After getting more familiar with the settings and after I ran thru My Fishman SA220 in stereo with my beat up Tacoma Chief C1C Plugged Acoustic Guitar the result was no short from Massive Reverbs. I don't Gig any more but I had some people over and they did not fathom. That Ocean of Reverb was coming out of a sub Rs. 12000 pedal Go for it!!!
