Open box item is great value for money; description is accurate & photos are helpful. Would be even better if it was shipped with a new set of strings.

Absolutely horrific customer service

I placed an order for this guitar on 25 th July as a present for my daughter's birthday which falls on16th of August, so that I can receive it early. The order status says delivered but I didn't receive it. And I been keeping in touch with bajaao through email and phone calls. Till now nobody seems to give an update. My advise don't buy anything from bajaao any more. They just don't care about you or your money.
