I like the guitar,but the Fred board is a little big for 4 year old kid so I'm a little disappointed.
We kept on following up with your team about the delivery timings and never received a satisfactory response. Then after waiting for long period, we reached out to the courier company directly and came to know that, the material is lying with them for more than 15 days. We had to arrange the collection personally to get the product. This was very unprofessional plus guitar came with one string not installed properly. It was hanging!

Build was good. How ever string tension was too high to tune it. And sound was dull...

The guitar is of poor quality. The string has already broken twice. I have written three mails for return but Noone has called back as yet

I ordered this guitar for my 7 years old son's b'day, but unfortunately I received an old and damaged froduct. On calling to customer service I did not receive proper response, even they argued on return policy. So finally I threw that guitar in the garbage and bought a new guitar from local market. Very very bad experience from bajao.com and its team.
