Great bass but squier vintage modified is also a good for same price range
The bass sounds awesome considering that it has active pickups with neodymium magnets.. Reminiscent of the Sterling Series of Musicman (please note that the SUB series is an alternate and cheaper version of Sterling) . The fretwork is little out of place, it seems the frets were hasted upon and the edges protrudes. Anyways the setup was done and replaced the Strings to SIT Power wounds 10s to 0.105. The bass now cuts through the MIX.The two band EQ gives you decent amount of tones to play with. Well for slap bass!!! the treble boost along with slight bass boost works wonder for me.My only "Cons" of the order was Bajaao Delivery, the product was slightly dented which is cosmetic in nature and i can live with it. This model has been discontinued (i guess three years back) for which the goods received are slightly worn out and requires heavy setups.
