The guitar sounds great. The action could be a lot less lighter.
The nut cuts are spaced out a bit too much.
Mine came with a little chipped corner of the headstock due to insufficient/ poor packaging. The bridge area is slightly lifted due to twice the stress.
All in all, not a perfect piece, but does the job.

Does it come with a gig bag and what kind of packing is given while shipping
Received it in 2= days. However it's more than 2 weeks since I ordered a contact pickup from Bajaao and still waiting for delivery. That's sad. Two extremes.

Action is little bit high but it sounds amazing.
There is fret buzz on the 7th fret of the low E.
And you guys know that affordable 12-string guitars are hard to come by in India, and upon that you didn't include a cover with it and for it.
And you don't have one on your website as well.
Do you guys have any idea how much trouble I'm having finding a guitar case for my 12-string? The cardboard box it came is is being used as a makeshift case for now. But for how long? I would eventually need to take it out and how on earth will I ever be able to do it?
Please look into the matter.
The guitar is beautiful and sounds beautiful, except for the fret buzz I mentioned.
