Purchased this open box product and the condition is all new with just some finishing error on fret board, sound is still original and good, highly recommend to those who wanna save some bucks and don't mind with some minor cosmetic errors. Bajaao should give some accessories with this open box products too.

Received same product which was ordered, although packaging during delivery can be improved.
Although i returned guitar due to full size guitar not suited for small hands but guitar was in good condition and as described. Except strings were old but functional.
The neck has cracks that was not mentioned in the item description.

I bought this guitar at the open box sale with some dent on the headstock and finishing issues near the neck that negligible. But the main issue is out of the box guitar has some fret buzz issues due to uneven fret levels on the 9th,10th fret is lower than other frets. The Allen key was also missing.
The product was delivered on time, in good condition, and as described. Spoke to a representative before purchase and it was overall a great experience. Will buy again from bajaao.com and would definitely recommend the website for audiophiles. Cant write much about the guitar as i havent used it, but the person i gifted it to loved it.
