Damaged Produced and Very Poor After Sales Team
Obtaining a refund took approx. 2 months, during which emails and phone calls failed to establish a connection. There is no available escalation matrix, making it feel like a dark tunnel without any glimmer of hope. The lack of coordination among the operations team, sales team, after-sales team, and transport vendors is evident. This lack of coordination is reflected in your email requesting a review of the fulfilled order, despite the fact that the order was actually rejected due to damage.
