the guitalele bridge was recieved in broken condition. before dispatch product should be checked. very poor service

Excellent sound.
It's a good instrument that is serving my purpose "convenient travel guitar and Uke sound".For the money, this instrument is no doubt good value. The finish, & the tone, is very good; and it comes with a bag too. The item was securely packed. I had actually returned the first time as i recieved the product with high action, so Bajaao did resend me with low action guitalele compared to the previous one, however the action is still bit high for me but i can get it set with a luthier and may be I will get a pickup fitted for live shows.Overall I am very satisfied, both with the product itself, and with bajaao's service.

I got damaged product . There is no bubble wrap in the packaging also . Asking for replacement but didn't get any response till now

The sound is good for the price, but not as rich as you would want.
Loved how it sounds. Best for this value.
Though the action is a little high i have tuned it to +2 and it works great..value for money
