Review of Thomann FL 200R flute

Flute is extremely good. Very good tone quality and build. Better than JinBau flute having more features.Delivery done before promissed date.But the negative points. I paid extra Rs.300.00 special packing. What I received was nothing but bubble packing full of human hair on the adhesive tapes. So don't pay this extra charge to Bajaao.com.It is simply a mehod of cheating. 1-The carrying case is of substandard quality.2-The carrying case has a small hole on the underside which must have taken place during transit. The carrying case dosent have a handle carry. No instruction manual no warranty card stamped is available with the flute so how the warranty is going to comply? I contacted the international division of Thomann Germany office regarding this with details of my order. They are unable to reply as this order is no where registered in there sales. I wonder from where Bajaao. Com has procured this flute. Whether it is a genuine product of Thomann?
