Great product, Worst delivery

The product is no doubt very good but Worst delivery experience. It took 8 days for the product to get delivered (in Mumbai only)after calling FedEx 4-5 times in 3 days. Wasted lot of time. After calling so many times at last I came to know that my shipment was at FedEx office for last 3-4 days, and they didn't even care to deliver it on time.
